- 1 cup Genoa salami sliced into strips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls halved
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing plus more as needed
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar optional, for depth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil optional
