2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk/dark chocolate)

16 large marshmallows, cut in half (or 2 cups mini marshmallows)

Graham crackers, for dipping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

In a medium cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish, evenly spread the chocolate chips in a single layer.

Snip the marshmallows in half and place them cut-side down over the chocolate, fully covering the top.

Bake for 7–9 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.

Remove from oven and serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
