- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients into a mixing bowl or jar.
- Mix well using a whisk or shake the jar until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust — add extra garlic powder for punch or more cayenne for heat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Shake well before each use to redistribute settled ingredients.
