- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 cucumber (chopped)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 2/3 cup carrots (chopped or shredded)
- ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped (yellow recommended))
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- 1½ tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
- ¾ cup zesty Italian dressing
Instructions
- Boil the pasta: Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare veggies: Chop cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the pasta, vegetables, parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Add dressing & seasoning: Pour in the zesty Italian dressing and sprinkle the McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning. Toss well.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve & enjoy! Garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.
