  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 2/3 cup carrots (chopped or shredded)
  • ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped (yellow recommended))
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 1½ tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • ¾ cup zesty Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta: Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare veggies: Chop cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the pasta, vegetables, parmesan, and mozzarella.
