Main Mix
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1.4 oz pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
Optional Concentrated Method (Sole)
- 1.25 oz pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- Let sit 12–24 hours (then use 1 tsp daily in a glass of water)
Instructions
Option 1 – Direct Drink Mix:
- In a glass, combine 1/2 cup of filtered water.
- Add 1.4 oz of pink Himalayan salt.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey (optional).
- Stir well and drink slowly, preferably in the morning.
Option 2 – Make a Sole Concentrate:
- Add 1.25 oz of pink salt to a clean glass jar.
- Pour 1/2 cup of filtered water over it.
- Let the mix sit uncovered or loosely sealed for 12–24 hours.
- Once crystals remain at the bottom, the solution is fully saturated.
- Take 1 tsp of this “sole” in a cup of water each morning.
