- 1 cup warm filtered water
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine grain, food-grade)
- ⅛ teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda
- Optional 1 ice cube
- Optional variation Juice of ½ lemon or 3 slices cucumber for added flavor
Instructions
Warm the water
- Heat your filtered water until it’s warm — not boiling (about 98°F to 104°F).
Add the pink salt
- Stir in ¼ teaspoon of fine-grain Himalayan pink salt. Let it dissolve completely.
Add baking soda
- Mix in ⅛ teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda. Stir gently until fully dissolved.
Optional: Add ice or lemon
- Drop in one ice cube or a splash of lemon juice for taste. You can also add cucumber slices for a refreshing twist.
Drink slowly
- Consume the mixture slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning. Wait at least 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking coffee.
