Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine grain, food-grade)
  • ⅛ teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda
  • Optional 1 ice cube
  • Optional variation Juice of ½ lemon or 3 slices cucumber for added flavor

Instructions

Warm the water

Add the pink salt

Add baking soda
