- 1 cup warm filtered water
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt (finely ground)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for flavor & energy)
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger or cayenne pepper (optional, for a metabolism kick)
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm to drink (not hot).
- Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Optional: Add raw honey and/or ginger/cayenne. Mix thoroughly.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum benefit.
- Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
