Ingredients

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta of choice (penne, spaghetti, etc.)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
Prepare Chicken Bites:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
Make Garlic Butter:
- In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (1–2 minutes). Remove garlic butter chicken and set aside.
Create Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
- Add remaining butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan to the skillet. Simmer until thickened (3–4 minutes). Add reserved pasta water if needed.
Combine:
- Toss pasta into sauce, then top with garlic butter chicken bites. Mix gently until coated.
Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
