Instructions
- Chill mixing tools: Place your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before starting.
- Whip the cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form using a hand or stand mixer.
- Mix remaining ingredients: Fold in whole milk, condensed milk, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add flavor (optional): Stir in cocoa powder, matcha, or fruit puree depending on your variation.
- Transfer to containers: Pour mixture into reusable squeeze pouches, freezer bags, or silicone molds.
- Freeze: Lay flat and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve: Before serving, knead pouch gently for 30 seconds, then open and squeeze to enjoy.
