6–8 cups fresh broccoli florets (approximately 2 large heads of broccoli)

8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dressing

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Mix the Salad
2. Place the broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon into a large mixing bowl.
3. Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients.
Step 3: Toss and Chill
4. Gently stir the salad to coat all the broccoli with the dressing.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
